THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS! I have a post about this in my blog form a while back. FINALLY someone said this!

Believe it or not there is a reason why policemen, firefighters, and troops don’t get paid what they are worth. If they got paid the amount they deserve…. Everyone would want to do that job. The money would be the motivating factor for joining a group that is dedicated to a specific field of necessary service. The service itself has to be the motivating factor for an effective group. Yea they do deserve more, but in a sense it is necessary that their wages are curbed.
